Are my specs capable of these Skyrim mods at 1080p?

I'm building my first PC, and these are the specs:

-DVD/CD Reader Writer

Now, I have quite a few mods that I would like to run when I play Skyrim. I have all the DLC, though I have never modded Skyrim before. I'm coming from console, though I have modded a few games like Dragon Age and Minecraft. Anywho, these are all the mods that I would like to apply to my game. What sort of FPS can I expect with these specs running these mods?

Yes it will I would recommend windows 7 and also make sure all these mods work together.
Other than that looks like a great PC but you may want a SSD for your games

My windows 8.1 professional key was purchased from oggus. It was EASY! It worked right away and they saved me a ton of money! I'd like to share my appreciation and experience with you all. Oggus is indeed a trustworthy site.
they also quoted my positive feedback on their site.
