She has updated java, uninstalled and reinstalled it. We're running on windows 7 32 bit. When she tries to open in the little blue loading circle pops up then goes away. She's very upset that it won't work and we can't figure anything out. When we tried to update java it said ' you may only update existing products on your PC' We already have java but nothing works. We can't figure it out! Any help?

The ' you may only update existing products on your PC' may mean that you accidently uninstalled java. Try reinstalling it from the internet. Other then that your PC may not be powerful enough to run Minecraft. Here are the system requirements for it, https://help.mojang.com/...quirements
