Minecraft won't launch with nodus, says files are corrupt?

I've tried uninstalling Minecraft, etc. I can't however get it to launch, it takes forever then on the console it lists
[13:16:35 WARN]: Couldn't download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/9b/9b2a01e0d0456b8fbe33557fbc19d4fe342f94d6 for job 'Resources'
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

I don't know what to do, and it's really irritating me… Help please. ;-;

When it says "Read timed out", that means that the connection to get to http://resources.download.minecraft.net/9b/9b2a01e0d0456b8fbe33557fbc19d4fe342f94d6 won't work.

There are two reasons that this could happen:
1.) The website that hosts the Minecraft resources is down.
Solution: Try again later when it is up

2.) Your computer or internet is blocking connection to the website.
Solution: Well this one has many reasons - If you're on a school or work computer that has a web filter, you most likely can't get around it, and Minecraft won't work. Another problem might be that you aren't connected to the internet, but I assume that you would already be.
