Minecraft is SUPER laggy, Please Halp?

Previous versions of minecraft ran flawlessly at medium-high settings at 60 fps, now, after not playing the game for about 5 months, it lags whenever i move at lowest settings. I usually play TF2 Or CSGO and those are both 60 fps. How to fix?

I recommend to take fancy graphics off and change your render distance down to about 10 blocks, that usually helps. Your computer might also be slowing it down.
