Minecraft help (basically cheating. Idc)?

I'm playing minecraft (hardcore mode) and i fell in lava, i quickly saved and quit but now i'm stuck… Any suggestions or am i doomed?

Dude your doomed in hardcore you don't have cheats unless you download a mod that makes u invincible or that sets you to creative mode inmediatly:/
