I don't have a mouse to right click on chest eat place blocks ect. I'm only 11 so I might now understand what your saying. When I craft I have many wooden planks but I just need one for each square how do I separate them? I have the Minecraft demo on Mac do we get to go on creative if so how? Is there multiplayer?

Try looking up how to use the trackpad. But to answer your question: just click with two fingers horizontally.
There's no creative mode in the demo. Nor is there multiplayer.
