Laptop specs for productivity and light gaming?

I'm looking to get a new laptop and i'm very picky. I found an HP I like, with different options for processors and graphics and want to know what my best bet would be. The only games I play are Minecraft, Sims, and some steam games such as CSGO and TF2 so not exactly powerhouse games. I'm just looking for a laptop that will let me play lag-free, I don't care about graphics too much. Here are the options for the laptop:

AMD Quad-Core A10-9620P APU (2.5 GHz, up to 3.4 GHz burst frequency, 2 MB cache) + AMD R5 Graphics

AMD Dual-Core A9-9420 APU (3 GHz, up to 3.6 GHz, 1 MB cache) + AMD Radeon(TM) 530 Graphics (2GB dedicated memory) (+$20)

AMD Quad-Core A12-9720P APU (2.7 GHz, up to 3.6 GHz burst frequency, 2 MB cache) + AMD R7 Graphics (+$40)

AMD Quad-Core A10-9620P APU (2.5 GHz, up to 3.4 GHz, 2 MB cache) + AMD Radeon(TM) 530 Graphics (2GB dedicated memory) (+$60)

The ram is 8 gb. Which processor and graphics card option would be best for what I need?

For ANY lag free gaming, you need a dedicated/discrete video card.

The AMD Radeon(TM) 530 Graphics will play Sims 4 on LOW to Medium settings. It's still an entry level card, so keep that in mind. It won't do a whole lot for you.

They are all disappointing to customers unless getting it very cheap and if you named a country and price point I could at least look for a laptop that won't be disappointing in performance.
This Acer at Amazon in the USA is a bargain at $600

The MX 150 is a renamed GT 1030M thay ranks between gtx 950m and gtx 960m
The best you show does not beat a GT 930M

An i5-8250U has a very high turbo speed and so far seems to perform almost double the best you show.

Of the bunch you show, I would gamble on the last one.
A10-9620P is only 5% below A12-9720P as a CPU and the extra card might even work in dual graphics mode.
The A series laptops are always heavily discounted in the USA. The A12-9720P in a Lenovo branding was selling at about $400.
Looks like it's still there at $380. 1366x768 display, but the lower res display is better at this GPU level of gaming.

The A12-9720P is R7 Bristol Ridge #229
The RADEON 530 is at #237
It is unknown whether the A12-9720P or A10-9620P w/Radeon 530 would be better performance.
None are worth over $400 in the USA and I really would rather know what you are looking at.
Very close call which is the best of the last two. I have no idea whether Dual Graphics will work right.
I can only tell you that if you spend too much money, they will ALL disappoint you. You have not provided a price, nor allowed shopping in your country. Stay below $400 on these in the USA, because at $600 you get a good laptop.
Nothing worthwhile is currently selling anywhere in-between that I could find at US online or in-store.

If you absolutely have to get a laptop that will do what you want would be around 800 dollars but almost any desktop that's more than 300 dollars and you are not getting ripped off would work fine
