Not possible to change the graphic card. If it's dead, it's dead and your only option is to replace the entire motherboard etc, or buy a new laptop.
With that said, the! Can also mean something is wrong with the drivers. Have you tried to reinstall the GPU's drivers? Meh Buy a better pc if you can afford it. But if not then change the graphics hard As soon as possible.
