Is this a decent gaming computer?

I'm looking for a gaming computer and I came across this one which is in my budget, however I know about nothing going computer specs, would this run well with games such as: Payday, Call of Duty, Minecraft, Counter Strike or basically 3D or 2D games with decent-good graphics, also would it run well with recording games, like using XSplit to record the game? Thanks.

It isn't that great. The CPU is well underpowered and it is lacking in Graphics power. You could run Payday 2, pre BOII COD, Minecraft and CSGO but probably not at ideal settings or framerates. You should be able to do better at that price
