I lost my old minecraft account and I really love playing online hunger games but not enough to waste 15 more bucks on it when I got it not too long ago. Is there an old account I can use or something I can download to get it?

Talk to Mojang support. They will help you retrieve it.

You can't play online without an account. You'll have to either buy a new one or contact Mojang to attempt to recover your old one.
