Is there any links for optifine on 1.12 in minecraft?

Considering that Version 1.12 has just came out (at time of post)… You'll need to wait some time (generally a couple of weeks) for modders to review all the changes done to Minecraft so they can tailor their mods for it. The Optifine team will release an announcement & download links when it becomes available.

If you wish to Optifine right now, you'll have to stick with 1.11.2 for now… I'll be sticking with 1.11.2 for a while until my server admin an ensure all the plugins for the server have been updated.
