I use windows 8, but i have a friend who plays Minecraft. He uses Mac, and he has a super slow connection. I checked out Razer, since I've been using it for a while, but it says it only works for Windows 7 and 8. Is there a program similar that works with mac?

Does your friend's mac is slow only when playing Minecraft or is it also slow in other programs? Cleaning his mac can be a good way to improve its speed. Chances are there might be some programs or files in his computer that need deletion or need to be uninstalled. There are software that can certainly help his mac's speed, thus letting him play games faster too.
