Is there a good Gaming laptop that resembles Alienware or just looks cool for under 400$?

For under 400? No

No such thing as a gaming laptop for under 400. At that price range they all have very low end graphics cards or have integrated graphics which just sucks for gaming PERIOD. Unless you get an older used/refurbished laptop then maybe.
