Is the Nvidia GeForce GT730A Graphics card work good enough for Team Fortress2 and Minecraft?

I want to get a new PC but the only option for the graphics card is the 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT730A and i was wondering if it is good enough for Team Fortress2 and Minecraft.
please help and if you can tell me if i can run on full settings or not, thanks!

Added (1). Also the other specs are:

Operating systemWindows 8.1 64

Processor4th Generation Inte® Core™ i3-4130T processor dual-core[2.9GHz, 3MB Shared Cache]

Graphics cardNvidia GeForce GT730A

Memory8GB DDR3-1600MHz SODIMM[2 DIMM]

Hard drive1TB Hybrid Hard Drive

Sound CardIntegrated Sound, Envy Audio; Beats Audio

NetworkingHP WLAN 802.11 b/g/n MCard Bluetooth®(1x1)

The card will have no problem running either; have fun gaming.

The PC I believe would be an HP All-in-one and is not a great choice among PCs. It is difficult to upgrade; and the graphics can never be upgraded. You do far better with a separate PC and monitor, and although building your own PC is best, in most countries you can find a good semi-custom at a reasonable price.
The GT 730A seems to be a custom graphics card made for the system with a performance that should be around a GT 630 even if the engine in it is a GT 730M from laptops. Nobody looked close at the GT 730A because it is unique.

It is enough for TF2 and Minecraft, but you will be highly disappointed if moving to higher graphics requirements gaming.

In the US, the system is $1000.

If it is a good 23" Touch screen 1080p display, that is about $250
This gaming computer at $580:

with graphics integrated into the new A10-7700K CPU
has a faster CPU and better graphics by at least 10% and maybe much more and is upgradable.
A wireless card is about $15
All of these outperform the all-in-one

It will work fine. Minecrafts performance issues are more with its coding in JAVA then actual graphical settings. It ran fine on my 10 year old desktop so you are set. TF2 is the same way.
