Is it possible to upgrade one laptops specs with the parts of an unused laptop?

The laptop I'm currently using isn't very powerful at all for gaming use (even minecraft lags horribly unless on lowest optifine settings) but I have another laptop that doesn't fully function and i'm wondering if i can just add the ram etc. From that laptop to this one.

Added (1). Current: HP G56 Notebook PC
Extra: HP G61

Which is better and can I add the processors onto my laptop for better performance.

The only parts that can be upgraded are the ram (if they are compatible) and the hard drive

All RAM is not the same. There's DDR, DDR2 and DDR3. There are also speed ratings like PC2100, PC3200, and PC6400. Your laptop has specifications, check the manufacturer's website. The RAM you install must match the RAM specified for it to work.

If you have a uncle who deals with computers, ask him to draw you compose laptop parts laptop from my uncle, I compiled a laptop for 200 eu, the laptop has Intel Dual-Core 1.8 GHz, 4 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce graphic card.

Most laptops werent made for serious gaming. Most laptops have embedded GPUs and not dedicated graphics cards with their own onboard memory
