Ok so i'm going to get a Toshiba Satellite L70 - A Series laptop and i want to make youtube videos off of it with a video recorder and play minecraft multiplayer at the same time. It has about a 2.0 CPU and a 4 GB RAM it also has duel core processing. If you could help me in anyway that would be great thanks!

No, that wouldn't be good for video recording/gaming.
It has a slower processor for video recording (and rendering the video), most games (like Minecraft) use at least 2GB of RAM.
Lastly, a dual core is trash for multitasking. Most games require just a dual core to play, then video recording would require a few more cores or else you'll lag (Get a Quad Core).
