Invalid or corrupted jar file?

So i was downloading minecraft and once it finished i tried opening it and message popped up saying:
Invalid or corrupt jarfile
How can i fix this?

Did you try to do a search on Google?

Re-download it after following the instructions below

Press the windows key+x, click run, and put in %appdata%

Then delete the.minecraft folder.
