In minecraft I have intalled optifine, but when I'm moving items in containers or my invertory, the blocks flash white

Try turning off "Fast Render"

Maybe you should delete it again, and re install it. There can be problems while putting the file into the MInecraft file, so maybe it didn't download correctly. I had a problem too, but I just had to re install it, and it worked fine!
