OK so I always put glowstone behind my minecraft TVs so it looks like they're on but for some reason the painting keeps disappearing if you know why can you please tell me
If a painting is on glowstone will it disappear on minecraft?

It shouldn't actually. What I would do is use a redstone lamp with a painting in front and a lever on the redstone lamp. You can turn it off and on like a real TV.
