I don't know what just happened?

Forgive me if this is stupid but i went on minecraft.net and a camera thingy popped up it said nsa and i quickly closed the window. I don't know if it was a commercial or what. Is the nsa spying on me or is it just a commercial popup thing? I searched stuff on google but nothing is showing up.

It's a virus designed to trick you into sending money to the people posing as the 'nsa'. Run a virus scan and reinstall your browser.
