Windows 7 or 8 is free. The license is what costs money. The only way to have an "extra" Win 7 or 8 is for a person who buys a multi-license copy (multiple product keys).

Take your choice of GTX 660 or R9 270 instead of the GTX 750 ti. That way you get higher performance and SLI/CF compatible
A CX430 is available for $16 after rebate. No way would spend $50 for one even if semi-modular.
$50 for a SOurce 210 Elite? No. Corsair Graphite 230T at $45 is better.
21.5" monitor for $137 even as IPS is not great.
the 23" is only $12 more.
LG 22MP55HQ-P is also ips and 22" and cheaper
In gaming, the faster GTG of a TN panel going 1 or 2 ms usually also cuts the input lag. There are many other monitors at better choices in my opinion of them.

I was looking for a windows 8 copy, and from experience I've come to understand that buying for example games online is actually alot cheaper than for instance in my local store (ca. $80 for 1 game!). So I somehow ended up on http://www.key2buy.com, but it seemed a bit, well… Not reliable? So I tried searching for them on google but with little success. I decided to give it a try, found the cheapest ever copy of win8, put the copy in cart and started the checkout. From here on it actually went alot easier, I paid with paypal and about 12hrs (next day) i received my key in email, and about some hours later a download link for the ISO file. I tried the key and it worked! Surprise surprise, its legit! I sent the customer support a thank you message, and they responded immediatly. Kudos!
