How to time lets plays in fullscreen?

I don't wanna waste my time getting into detail but I want a way to time my lets plays. I want to make a minecraft survival series and I want each episode to be 15 minutes long (roughly) so is there any way I could time it considering I play in fullscreen. It would also help in other games

If you have a mobile phone, they usually have a timer built in, or you could download an app. If that's a no, if you are living at home you could maybe borrow and egg timer from the kitchen? Or buy one of those, even better yet. Watches and clocks are a great way to keep time. But it goes fast when playing minecraft!
