How to set up a hungercraft account?

Ok how do i playhungercraft i tried but it wouldnt work. Do i have to have a minecraft acc and do i have to buy it or put a credit card on there?

Hungercraft is a Minecraft server. You go to Multiplayer, add server, name it Hungercraft MC 1, and in the IP box type the IP mc1.playhc.net. Then you are off to play! You need to have a premium account to play on that server though.
