How to restore my minecraft if you restart your labtop to factory reset?

My computer had spy ware so I restarted it to its factory settings I sadly did not back it up. It took me 4 months to build my world and when I re download minecraft my world isn't their please help i'm so mad. I looked at tutorials but nothing worked and I can't find a way to contact minecraft.

You could try Googling a file recovery utility, which *might* work, but, for the most part, if you deleted your world, you're kind of out of luck.

So you basically deleted everything on your hard drive?
If you have any chance on getting it back depends on what the factory reset does (wheather it just deleted the disk registry or overwrites everything)
If so, you'll have to run a file recovery program on it. That way you MIGHT be able to return it, or most of it. If possible, it'd be a good idea to connect the HDD to another computer and run it from there, to make the chance of overwriting the file less. The more you use your computer before backing it up, the less chance you have to get it back. You can also google "recover deleted files" or something like that to find more info on this.
You can use programs like Easeus Data Recovery or File Scavenger to scan your HDD to find everything you have on your disk (including what's deleted and you might find you save there).
You'll usually find the files in:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\.mi…

You could also ask some computer shop about it. They can probably fix it for you, though it'll cost you, and they're not cheap.
