How to regain all those files i deleted off minecraft application?

Added (1). I accidentally deleted all the files from the application and I'm on a mac with the newest software. So is there a good chance its lost?

I'm very sorry to tell you but it just not possible in less you had a back up of your computer files or your minecraft Files.
