How to have a flat world in minecraft?

I've seen people on youtube on minecraft and their world is flat with no montains, i want to know if you can do that in the phone edition, i got an android. I really want to get that, thanks!

Urhh. I don't think it's possible. The viewer your using is smaller in memory & data base. If you have it on the computer or xbox 360 its possible to click on that setting.

It is not possible with Pocket Edition.
However if you have the PC version or a console version, you should be able to do this.

It isn't possible on the phone version, but it is possible on the PS3, PC, or Xbox 360 versions.

Try using "blank" as world seed.
it isn't flat but has a large ice flat area
