How to get youtube sponsors for minecraft?

I own a youtube channel on minecraft called Matthew81(http://www.youtube.com/user/mcmatthew81). Where do I find sponsors for my channel? Also could someone tell me how to make my channel page look better for making it more appealing?

Hey to get sponsors have some clean, non explicit, videos, so tell your friends, to say not words like ****, but frick, and ****, shoot. Hopefully that will help, oh btw, you can get a sponsor from rpm.
