Dude you gotta upload some videos and you gotta be interesting your voice can't be annoying and at first you got to have something that you will talk about or do in your videos than you can expand that but first try getting your friends to spread the word about your channel and try to keep things interesting and short Srry for my bad english and i hope i helped good luck

You have to be patient,
You have to do YouTube as a hobby, subscribers don't like people who just do YouTube who do it for fame, they want someone who will care for them.
You have to collaborate with people who do the same stuff as you, so their subscribers will check you out and subscribe.
Advertising? I don't do it, but I heard it works.
Spread nice feedback around YouTube… Comment on smaller channels telling them how good their content is.
