How to Fix My MineCraft? PlzRead?

So i hop on minecraft on my pc Everything Starts up fine and i start playing. I break a couple blocks and i start to craft, i click on the block in my inventory to move it and i can't move it. So i try to right click it still doesn't move. So i can't craft or rearrange my inventory Please Tell Me Wat to do to fix it.

I play minecraft a lot. I haven't come across this problem but what i would do is delete my.minecraft folder. If you are on windows you run or search %appdata% from the start menu and click on roaming and find.minecraft. Then delete it, run Minecraft and start whatever version. Hope this Helped.
