How to change my Minecraft username?

I know that you can change it by e-mailing someone at Mojang. My question is, who do you e-mail?

It is impossible to change your Minecraft account. Trust me I've tried before and there's no way.

You can't - yet. They are working on a feature that will let you do that, but it has not been implemented yet.
