How to buy Minecraft in India?

Guys, I live in India and want to buy Minecraft for PC.
The game isn't available on store shelves and is only available on minecraft's official site.
The price is in USD. As the Indian currency is Rupees, I'm confused that how will the purhase take place. Will 20$ get converted into Rupees, i.e., around Rs.1200?
If yes, then will the Rs.1200 will be taken from the given bank account? If so, will there be any additional taxes involved?

Please tell me, I have never done this type of stuff before.

I think that you can do the transaction with PayPal, and PayPal should convert your currency to match the USD. If that doesn't work, then I would contact Mojang tech support and ask them about buying Minecraft in India.

You'll have to talk to your issuing bank of the credit card that you plan on using. Most will do the process in USD and then add the converted currency to your balance, maybe with a small fee (2 - 10%, which would add up to 120 rupees (at 10%) to your 1200 rupee purchase).
