How to access your minecraft screenshots on a macbook?

I have many screenshots of my Minecraft adventures on my mac but I don't know how to look at them so I can send it to my phone or use it as a background.I've tryed youtube videos but nothing works. I have to have this %appdata% thing or something. Its really confusing and I would appreciate some help. Please make sure it works for macbook pros.

%appdata% is only for Windows. According to the Minecraft wiki you can access them by going to: "~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/screenshots". I'm assuming that you replace the "~" with your username, but it might just be easier to open up finder, and manually go to the directory above.
