It has to play Minecraft at its max settings and be headset compatable I don't care how cool it looks I would like around a 15 inch screen I need to know how much it would cost to have it built for me

You would be better off buying an already-made one. Having a laptop custom-built for you would cost you a lot more. The only thing that you would have to make sure that you have is a good GPU/graphics card. You don't want "integrated graphics".

You can get an off-the-shelf model that fits those requirements for under $1000. Basically, any laptop with a discrete GPU and 4GB of RAM will do fine.
