How much fps will this build get on max settings while recording minecraft?

While I can't say how many frames you'll get for sure, with that big of a cash drop on a PC, I think you'll be fine.

Minecraft relies mostly on a processor and RAM since its java based, saying that it should run fine, no one can tell you the FPS though, if they do there just guessing but it should get over 30 FPS (Once again just guessing)

Rams to low, minecraft is ram hungry, and when you're recording to, it will either cause horrible frame rates to your game or to the recording. Other that that your fine. MC is a cpu intesive game and six cores is more than enough
