So I'm thinking about buying this desktop pc:

It fits my budget and I really only need it for school work which includes surfing the web etc.
But I was wondering how well this PC could run Minecraft if I got bored

I think it can run it pretty well! You have an i5 processor. My PC uses i3 (but I forgot the ram) and I run MC with up to 150 FPS. If it is slow, go to a website called "optifine.net" click downloads, then install the version of optifine that is the version of your minecraft. Then, you should get really fast FPS.
It should run it pretty smoothly actually, you have 4 cores clocked at 3.2 wich is awesome and 4 gigs of ram, i bit low for some other games but for minecraft you should be fine, you could probably run it on fancy and far distance at like 30-40 frames wich is perfectly fine, and the storage is pretty low but if its just for school work and minecraft you should be fine if you plan on playing other games i would go for a something a little better but like i said this thing should run minecraft great
There's no dedicated graphics, so you're limited, but you should still manage somewhere in between 20 and 30 FPS on maximum settings just with the onboard graphics. Lowering the setting will obviously increase the performance; lowest settings could manage 40 to 50 FPS.
It seems to have integrated graphics only, so I highly advise against buying this PC for gaming.
