How good are these PC graphics?

Here: Graphics: Radeon HD 7480D GPU

I wanna play games like portal 2 minecraft or call of duty… What do you think about the graphics?

That might be a pretty good GPU. However, as I enter the website (written below), the performance/GPU score is not that much powerful compared to AMD Radeon HD 7870. Plus, it only priced less than the other AMD GPUs. I'm not sure if it's exact, but it's listed that AMD Radeon HD 7480 GPU is inly at $44.

The built in gpu on amd apu's is only marginally better than the bottom of the range display cards, older games may run ok but newer stuff will be very slow and laggy.
