How come LEGO doesn't sue Minecraft?

While Minecraft has a blocky aesthetics, the blocks are not utilizing any interlocking mechanism that LEGO utilizes (just flat blocks attaching to other flat blocks in practically any way players see fit). The only similarity between Minecraft & LEGO is that block-like look, which isn't enough for LEGO to pursue Mojang (& now Microsoft, as their primary owner) on intellectual property infringement.

LEGO current has a licensing agreement with Mojang to make & sell Minecraft LEGO sets… Which a lawsuit would seriously jeopardize.
