Haswell pentium, haswell i3, or kaveri A10-7850K?

I'm trying to decide on a CPU for my new video production PC. I've been told the Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition will do just fine since it's overclockable with playing minecraft, recording it with a decent screen recorder, editing it, and playing maybe games like assassin's creed and darksiders. Others have said i should go with the i3 due to the 4 threads thing. I was under the impression the A10 would be better due to the fact that they have the high clock rates and the integrated GPU. Which one would be better for recording 480p or 720p videos with a screen recorder alongside minecraft, editing those videos, and recording 480p / 720p guitar cover videos then editing those videos as well? The pentium and i3 would be paired with a 750ti 2GB. I plan on overclocking CPU and RAM and GPU if possible.

Go 1 step further and get an AMD FX 6300, 6 cores and high clock speeds for a low price. APUs are a bad choice because for the price you're better off with a separate GPU/CPU combo. The pentium is terrible, do you really expect that snail of a CPU to cope with rendering HD video? You'll be there 'till summer time. Not only that but a pentium will be a serious bottleneck in gaming. The i3 is an ok choice and if you were just gaming I'd say go for it, however because you also want to do editing/rendering I'd recommend having the FX 6300 instead. Both the i3 and FX 6300 are great gaming CPUs for people on a budget and perform very similarly but from my understanding, the 6300 is better for demanding tasks outside of gaming.
