Build a PC, gaming laptops suck and if you need a laptop buy a chromebook and put linux on it.

Honestly, you aren't going to find a good gaming laptop in you price range. You'll definitely find a good desktop for that though.
If the only you're playing is MC and LOL, get some HP laptop with at least 4 GB of RAM. My brother has a hp laptop like that for $600. Never played LOL on it but Minecraft runs at 90-110 FPS. If you're gonna play first person shooters and stuff like that, a gaming laptop in you price range that will work with those will be pretty hard to come by.

I suggest you get the Lenovo Y410p 720$. It has Intel Core i5-4200M, 6GB of Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GT755M GDDR5 2GB. This would run any games you listed smoothly. It is slightly more expensive than 700$ but worth every cent for the upgrade. More info from the link below
