Lenovo u510 with i7 and Nvidia Geforce. I have it, and I really like it. It's a laptop, but runs those games fine. I'd recommend it.

Building a computer is the way to go. You can build a really cheap computer on newegg.com for very cheap to run those specific games, then upgrade later if you need more power for higher end games. I built one for about $700 that will run just about every game out at the moment, near high or on high.
