I tried to purchase minecraft and i put in all my card details and double checked them and thry were correct. Then i pressed purchase and it said to check my card details and i checked again and they were correct. So i pressed submit and this came up "An unexpected error has occurred which prevented us from completing your purchase. Make sure no money was charged on your account and contact support at https://help.mojang.com/...mojang.com for further assistance." i have done this multiple times and it keeps happening. Will someone please help me.

First off, make sure you are definitely on the official site. Then, make sure you have enough money on your credit/debit card. You should make sure no money was charged as they said and maybe if you wait a bit and try again it will work. When I bought it I used a gift card so I didn't have a problem like this. You should also make a Mojang account and then buy it while you are logged in.
