Yes but unlike many PC games it is only a one time buy meaning you buy it and you can play however long you want. It's fairly cheap regardless what system you buy it for i think i bought the PS4 one for only $20-30. Not sure what consoles it comes on/devices i know ps4, xbox one, and PC but they might have for ipad as well and i'm sure prices vary

"Portable Edition" (iOS / Android, Vita) will run $7

"Console Edition" (XBox 360 / One, PS3 / PS4, Wii U) will vary between $20 - $30 + any DLC (skinpack) you want. Online support is limited to just their own console networks (so PS4 players can't play with XBox One players & so on).
