Ok, so I have $400 dollars saved up for a new computer, but I have absolutely no clue what I should get. I would like something that can run games like The Sims 4 and Minecraft. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you build it you will be able to make a far better one, and custimize it exactly how you like. You will also be able to upgrade different parts in the future. Go to pcpartpicker.com and pick out everything, then look up videos on how to build it (Its really easy, I break everything I touch and I still got it done no problem). If you really insist on doing prebuilt, I would recommend a laptop. For 400 dollars you can easily run minecraft and sims 4 on a laptop plus it is portable and more convient.
