Computer Brands, and model recommendations?

I've asked a different question like this but this time I've got more details, for example the specs of these certain games. This is what I need the computer to have:
Specifications: Specs/Ark/

Ark:
OS: Windows 7 or Windows 8
Processor: 2 GHz Dual-Core 64-bit CPU
Memory: 4000 MB RAM
Graphics: DirectX11 Compatible GPU with 1 GB Video RAM
DirectX: Version 11
Hard Drive: 20000 MB available space

Specs/The Sims 4/
The Sims 4:
OS: 64 Bit Windows 7,8, or 8.1
PROCESSOR: Intel core i5 or faster, AMD Athlon X4
MEMORY: 4GB RAM
HARD DRIVE: At least 9 GB of free space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content and saved games
DVD-ROM: DVD ROM drive required for installation only
VIDEO CARD: NVIDIA GTX 650 or better
SOUND CARD: DirectX 9.0c Compatible
DIRECTX: DirectX 9.0c compatible

Specs/The Sims 3/
The Sims 3:
The minimum requirements for the base game are as follows (source):
2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent.
1.5 GB RAM.
128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0.
Microsoft Windows Vista Service Pack 1.
At least 6.1 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB of additional space for custom content and saved games.

Specs/Minecraft/
Minecraft:
CPU: Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 (K8) 2.6 GHz.
RAM: 2GB.
GPU (Integrated): Intel HD Graphics or AMD (formerly ATI) Radeon HD Graphics with OpenGL 2.1.
GPU (Discrete): Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT or AMD Radeon HD 2400 with OpenGL 3.1.
HDD: At least 200MB for Game Core and Other Files.

These games have relatively low system requirements. The Ark has the highest requirements.

Generally you need something like this:

CPU: i5
RAM: 8GB (RAM is cheap - 8GB is standard for gaming now.)
GPU: Basically any separate video card with its own dedicated memory will be adequate. This means anything BUT an Intel integrated GPU. (all current video cards support DirectX 11)

If you're looking for system recommendations, you could go with HP or Dell for a low-end system ($600-700) or if you want something a bit more powerful, look at Velocity Micro (http://velocitymicro.com) Their systems are highly respected. You can take one of their models, or you can customize one.

For you, I'd recommend taking one of their home/office PCs, and putting in a graphics card. You don't need a high-end one. Even a GTX700 series will be plenty of power for those games. Velocity Micro still gives you the option of getting Windows 7 if you really want it, but those games should run just fine under Windows 10 as well.
