Can't sign up for minecraft mojang account?

Whenever I go to the minecraft store, click on "get minecraft!" I get directed to a page that says "create a new mojang account" on the left and "already have a mojang account?" on the right, however there's nothing below either of these statements and I can't be directed elsewhere (because they're not links).
