I know on this forum you probably see this alot but if you have some extra time will you go check out my youtube channel at https://www.youtube.com/...WithSniper what i do is i typically post anywhere from 4 - 7 videos a week and normally they are funny commentaries and or live comms and story telling kinds of stuff i try my hardest at youtube and All my videos are 1080p and i have a good studio mic so no worries there. Anyway i normally post minecraft but in the future i plan on posting more call of duty and halo and even destiny so if this kind of stuff interests you go check me out i would really appreciate it thanks!

Your channel is decent man, the only thing that would put me off if i actually saw your videos would be the thumbnails, Yeah you're putting your name, logo and trademark on there but they are so plain, they don't draw people in. It might be worth getting images that will capture the eye so when people see the thumbnail they will be intrigued to click it, most of all stay active! Your videos are uploaded every month then all of a sudden 6 uploads, keep it consistent, space them out to around 2-3 uploads a week to ensure views and growth. Too many videos is kind of like spam and people may only watch one rather than go through them all, if you space out the uploads to one every 2-3 days people will be waiting for the upload and watch it instantly.
