Can I sell minecraft creations?

If you mean like something you created in the game then no, definitely not. But what you can do is screenshot it and post it on social media to get likes. If it was really good, that is.

If you build something in the game, You can't just get up and sell it. I suppose if you post it online and somebody really likes it they could buy the world file from you with the creation in it but that's about it.

I think you can get paid through 'Realms' creation as Mojang is selling Realms. I'm not really sure though I just read it somewhere.

You can get paid to build things on other peoples servers for example. Some people do this.
