Are There Any Open-World, Multiplayer Survival Games?

Title pretty much sums it up. By survival I mean like eating, drinking, sleeping etc. This would be for PC.

Try Fallout 3 on hardcore mode. Fallout is a massively open world game and in hardcore mode you have to remain hydrated, get enough sleep, have enough food, use your anti-rads etc etc etc - even your ammo has weight to it! Truly epic and something too epic for me to even try - and I play games on hardcore normally!
