I want to play team fortress 2, CS: GO, GTA V, Overwatch, and Minecraft i'm not so great with motherboards or coolers but GTX950 is very high end and 16 gigabytes is definetely more than enough RAM (most people can get by with only 8) and the 3.6 GHz processor should work well for you (i only have 1.80GHz with intel core i7 processor and it worked well for me) Minecraft and tf2 should be easy to run same with Overwatch if you arent going to set it on max graphics settings and if you are worried about anything like the graphic card melting then get some fan controllers so you can speed up your fans so nothing overheats and it will be less likely to melt
