Are any of these CPUs any good for gaming?

Hi, I had a look through some of my old computers to see if I could find a diamond in the rough so to speak.
I only really play minecraft on pc but I still have trouble with the fps. The CPUs are as follows
AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+
Intel Pentium 4 541 (SL9C6)
Intel Celeron D 345 (SL7NX)
I Bought a ge force gt 730 2gb graphics card the other day to see if it fix the issue but my fps go from over a hundred to right down to 8 in seconds.
If none of the CPU s are any good which would you recommend? (Under £40) Any advice would be great thanks

Anything intel i5 and above should be good for gaming but maybe not intense

None of those are going to be any good honestly. The Pentium 4 or AMD are the best choices of the two but i wouldn't go for either for even light gaming.

Athlon is the best from the pack. Gt 730 is not great for the money. Return it if you can and get at least 750 or 7850 if you prefer AMD
